Группа активов предприятия, имеющая вещественную (материальную) форму. В группу М.а. предприятия входят: основные средства; незавершенные капитальные вложения; оборудование, предназначенное к монтажу; производственные запасы сырья и материалов; запасы малоценных и быстроизнашивающихся предметов; объем незавершенного производства; запасы готовой продукции, предназначенной к реализации. М.а. капитализируются (признаются в качестве активов), но они, как правило, заносятся вбаланс по первоначальным ценам и амортизируются по схемам, избираемым на предприятии (См. Амортизация).
